Heineken chooses Nielsen Brandbank as their digital content provider

CHALLENGE

With the acceleration in ecommerce since the global pandemic, Heineken recognized the need to upgrade their current method and explore the options for an integrated solution which would enable them to manage their products across different platforms. The key area of focus for Heineken was to understand how ecommerce partners operate and how their products are performing on this channel to drive success.

SOLUTION

Recognized as the best digital product content provider in the country, Heineken chose to work with Nielsen Brandbank to using their product management platform, Product Library and digital shelf analytics platform, Ecommerce Insights. Heineken were really pleased with the setup of both platforms and extremely satisfied with how user friendly the platforms are and how supportive the Nielsen Brandbank team were during and post implementation.
