With the help of Nielsen Brandbank Pilot, PZ Cussons were able to test multiple product imagery, putting the consumer at the front of the new revisions and receive feedback within 12 hours. From the data received, PZ Cussons were able to make strategic decisions on optimising their product imagery and improve on product descriptions moving forward. By implementing Pilot,
the teams are now able to understand key measures when launching NPD or revising products.
