Britvic

“We have seen an increase in retailer collaboration and engagement through the professional and realistic look and feel of our planograms. Our retailer merchandising partnerships and credibility have grown considerably in the last 12-18 months.”
Mark Bradford, Category Merchandiser, Britvic.

THE CHALLENGE

Before Merchandising Exchange (MeX), there was no access to competitor images and dimensions unless you entered a direct sharing agreement with another brand. On top of this, the images available for us to use were a mixture of pictures copied from the internet, or amateur snaps taken with a phone or camera.

BRANDBANK’S SOLUTION

MeX simplifies the whole process of creating, managing and distributing merchandising information by providing retailers and suppliers with accurate and consistent planogram data from one secure, central location.

THE BENEFITS

With MeX, the Category Merchandiser no longer has to hunt down reams of product content from disparate sources, and they’ll never have to shop and shoot products again.

The Spice Tailor

“Nielsen Brandbank has simplified life for us. Our PR team in Australia use Enrich almost daily to update The Spice Tailor Instagram and Facebook feeds, and our design teams in India and the UK plug into the database very frequently.”
Percy Shroff, Head Client Support, The Spice Tailor.

THE CHALLENGE

Before using Enrich, The Spice Tailor monitored their marketing assets using Dropbox and Google Drive, however they were concerned about the security of their content. Therefore, when Nielsen Brandbank demonstrated Enrich, and highlighted that retailers would be able to plug into the platform directly, The Spice Tailor were very interested.

BRANDBANK’S SOLUTION

Enrich stores all of The Spice Tailor’s assets securely on Microsoft’s enterprise Azure cloud. Nielsen Brandbank provided The Spice Tailor with excellent customer service during and post Enrich implementation to ensure the migration to the platform was as easy as possible.

THE BENEFITS

Enrich enables The Spice Tailor to create a secure single sharable repository of all digital assets within the business. From this, they have been able to simplify operations across its offices in the UK, Australia and India, reducing the time and effort spent when locating and sharing assets between departments or directly with retailers.

Content capture service

Asda

“Customer engagement has improved at page level and we’re starting to do justice to the quality of the products we sell.”
Gary Kisby, Head of Asda eCommerce, Asda.

THE CHALLENGE

When online sales weren’t quite where they wanted them to be, Asda sought to improve the shopper experience and maximise online sales for all bakery products, replicating the theme of current in-store POS displays.

BRANDBANK’S SOLUTION

Using Asda’s art direction, Nielsen Brandbank used props to create a range of inspirational lifestyle shots. Nielsen Brandbank referred closely to the example images gathered from Asda’s research. Nielsen Brandbank worked with a home economist to develop a comprehensive art direction to work from during the shoot. This meant that Nielsen Brandbank were able to create images in line with Asda’s requirements, as well as incorporating Nielsen Brandbank’s own ideas and contemporary styles and trends.

THE BENEFITS

Since the project, Asda has experienced a positive impact on online sales and provided a more satisfying and engaging online experience for their customers.
