Prior to working with Nielsen Brandbank, L’Oréal Active Cosmetics stored and managed their marketing assets through a shared drive. Unfortunately, as the number of assets on the drive grew, it became increasingly difficult to monitor the accessibility/restrictions on certain folders, and the team weren’t communicating on where they were saving their work, leading to file duplication and the drive being difficult to use. L’Oréal Active Cosmetics sought a way to provide all their partners with the relevant materials for the launch and promotion of their products – including photographs and video ads – without sharing all their other assets.
Nielsen Brandbank’s Enrich platform is a user-friendly, cloud-based folder system which L’Oréal Active Cosmetics implemented to improve the day-to-day operations of the business. Enrich allows you to publish certain marketing assets externally or just to those in your organisation. You can even set comprehensive permissions for individual colleagues. Furthermore, you can link all marketing assets to specific products in your Product Library account, so colleagues know exactly where to find a product’s campaign materials.
