Kellogg’s choses Nielsen Brandbank’s planogram solution

CHALLENGE

Without a system to manage their merchandising needs, Kellogg’s recognised the requirement to build and improve their BNL planograms library. It was also important for them to access competitors products including dimensions and visuals to extract for space planning use. With previous methods including purchasing the products themselves to measure and scan them manually, Kellogg’s needed a solution that was time and cost efficient. 

SOLUTION

Kellogg’s were very happy with the implementation of Merchandising Exchange, as the access set up was very easy and fast for Category Managers at Kellogg’s to use instantly. The easy to use platform is regularly used for new merchandising projects where Kellogg’s are missing product data. The Kellogg’s team use the product advanced search to find and download logistic and product visuals to enhance their own database.
