BREXIT: Using Nielsen Brandbank Product Data in the event of ‘No Deal’

October 14, 2019| by AmyDunning

When it comes to BREXIT, it is an uncertain time for business at the moment.  Of course, this is compounded by further uncertainty surrounding the possible impacts of a so-called ‘no deal’ BREXIT.

However, at Nielsen Brandbank, we can offer you the certainty that, whatever happens, we will continue to faithfully capture all on-pack product information.  Naturally therefore, it will be important for suppliers to ensure that your tangible products are labelled in accordance with any labelling changes required by BREXIT.

To assist – and together with Cracknell Law – we have put together the following short paper, signposting elements of the government’s Technical Notice on food labelling in the event of a ‘no deal’ BREXIT.

The paper also confirms where users of our service will find this product data in the Nielsen Brandbank feed.  We hope that this will provide you with some additional reassurance during this uncertain time.

If you have any questions arising from this, please speak with one of our Associates, who will be happy to help.  Furthermore, if you would like to discuss additional legal support please ask about our Food Labelling Compliance Service, delivered in partnership with Cracknell Law.
